Brad Dillard handles a wide range of litigation defense matters in a variety of jurisdictions, including healthcare/long term care claims, employment and civil rights claims, and other general litigation matters. Mr. Dillard also represents creditors in litigated and non-litigated commercial matters, and works with clients on contractual and other business related matters.
